Using Science and Technology to Solve Societal Challenges Globally


    Since 2014 we have trained and placed over 200 Science and Math educators and directly impacted over 4000 low-income students in India.

    Student Impact

    Between 2014-2018 over 4000 students from low-income classrooms in India were trained though the SEI Fellowship program. SEI Fellows served as part-time Science and Math teachers in low-income classrooms and deliver over 150 hours of instruction per year.

    Fellow Impact

    Our programs have trained over 200 SEI Fellows between 2014-2018. Alumni have also gone on to top-tier graduate programs at institutions like the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.


    In 2017 President Bill Clinton recognized SfA founder Abhilash Mishra amongst the top 20 emerging social entrepreneurs at the Clinton Global Initiative University meeting at Northeastern University in Boston.
